Juvenile Scoliosis

A side-to-side curve of the spine that develops in a child between the ages of 3-10 years of age. Juvenile Scoliosis is usually a type of Idiopathic Scoliosis meaning that the origin of the condition is unknown.

There is nothing unique about Juvenile Scoliosis, the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis is similar to all other forms. The only uniqueness about it is the age range in which it develops.
