Is there any link between long term use of Phenytoin and deteriorating bone condition?If yes,WHAT IS THE ALTERNATIVE FOR THE SUFFERER? plz suggest ?

Yes, several studies have found that phenytoin can cause bone loss. Some of the alternative drugs are carbamazepine, lamotrigine, or valproate non of which are none to cause bone loss.
