I have problem in walking as i limp for last 1month.THEREIS ILL DEFINED RAREFICATION OF THE ROOF OF THE GLENOID CAVITY WITH SUSPECTED BREAK OF MARGIN.I AM ON PHENYTOIN FOR LAST 23Yrs.Plzsuggest treatment ?

Ref above question. AT PRESENT MY ORTHOPAEDICIAN HAS SUGGESTED REST AND CERTAIN ANALGESICS AND ADVISED CERTAIN PATHOLOGICAL TETS but MY NEURO PHYSICIAN IS NOT READY TO ACCEPT THAT THIS PROBLEM IN PELVIS AND MARGINAL OSTEOPHYTES IN LUMBAR VERTEBRA HAS ANYLINK WITH MY INTAKE OF Phenytoin FOR LAST>23 YEARS.
What to do ,what is the best treatment for my agonising condition, plz suggest.I am 51Yrs and in active job. thanks.
