At 8 months into pregnancy this is a question your doctor should have already answered. It is impossible to say in a forum such as this.

That said, women with paraplegia deliver babies every day. It depends on how far up the body the paraplegia affects. If you can not do it naturally then the baby is delivered by C-section.
